Silas Marti

Silas Marti is an experienced arts journalist and editor, currently serving as a contributing editor for Frieze since January 2013 and a correspondent for The Art Newspaper since March 2010. Additionally, Silas has held the position of visual arts and architecture reporter at Folha de S.Paulo since August 2007. Silas's academic background includes a Master's degree in Architecture from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, training as a Knight-Wallace Fellow at the University of Michigan, a Master's degree in Museology, Collecting, and Curatorship from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, and Arts from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Silas also holds degrees in Art History and Fine Arts from Università degli Studi di Genova.
