Shahana Ramsden Chartered Fcipd

Shahana Ramsden Chartered FCIPD currently serves as the Director of System Workforce at NHS North Central London ICB since May 2024 and as a Strategic Advisor for Workforce and Community Transformation at Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System since June 2023. Previously, Shahana held the position of Interim Chief People Officer at Solent NHS Trust from June 2022 to June 2023, and spent over six years at NHS England from August 2015 to June 2022 in various leadership roles, including Director of Vaccination Workforce and Deputy Director of Workforce Transformation. Additional experience includes roles at Think Local, Act Personal, and NHS Employers, where Shahana was Director of Positively Diverse. Shahana Ramsden holds a BA Hons degree in English and French from the University of Leeds.
