Senior Product Manager- gifts, stationery, pet products at Fringe Studio

Jennifer Rosenberger has worked in the apparel industry since 2005. Jennifer began their career as an Account Manager for Covee, where they were responsible for communicating between five factories in China and each customer to ensure orders were placed, completed and delivered on time. Jennifer also created a tracking system to monitor progress on all current orders.

In 2007, Jennifer worked as an Account Manager for Factory Direct International / Pukka, where they communicated with multiple overseas factories and each customer daily on all developments progress to ensure orders were completed and delivered on time. Jennifer also handled all developments from beginning stages all the way through to production samples on numerous skus in multiple seasons at a time. Additionally, they calculated and negotiated pricing to clients on all styles.

Also in 2007, Jennifer began working as a Product Developer/Merchandiser for Element Skateboards, where they were responsible for working closely with factories in China and India to develop the Junior's cut & sew line from concept to finished product while working closely with designers, sales and management. Jennifer handled around 60+ styles per season, four seasons a year, and specialized in denim, pants, shorts, skirts, jumpers, dresses, woven's, sweaters, fleece and jackets.

In 2012, Jennifer joined RVCA as a Senior Product Developer for Women's (Cut & Sew, Swim, Loungewear). Jennifer was responsible for strategizing with management on a better sourcing structure to help the factories develop and execute the new product RVCA was looking to create while maintaining standard development and production lead times, workable MOQ's and elevated margin requirements. Jennifer was also responsible for sourcing all new fabrics and prints for each season's developments while keeping in mind costs per yard, fabric MOQ's, style MOQ's and factory capabilities to ensure a good quality product at a reasonable price could be released to the market. Additionally, they managed the development of 40-50% of each season's line while also overseeing the development handled by the other women's product developer to make sure key calendar dates were met.

In 2015, Jennifer joined Fox Racing as a Product Developer for Men's, Women's, and Youth - Fleece, Outerwear, Men's Knits. Jennifer worked with both seasoned and numerous new factories to get Fox's quality and technical standards met by following the product all the way from conception through manufacturing and production stages with factories in China, Korea and Indonesia. Additionally, they did heavy cost analysis at many stages from pre-costing concept designs, counter sample reviews and sales samples to ensure margin targets on styles in addition to weighted category margin targets were maintained or exceeded. Jennifer was also proficient in Fox's PLM software to ensure all calendar dates were met, KPI's triggered along with confirming all samples were buy ready and COC's completed for production orders to be placed.

Finally, in 2017, Jennifer joined Fringe Studio LLC as a Senior Product Manager for gifts, stationery, and pet products. Jennifer identified and developed new products to elevate the Fringe brand and custom programs, and managed key account programs from initial product concept through final production and commercialization stages while collaborating with sales, design and purchasing teams to launch a smooth and successful program.

Jennifer Rosenberger graduated from San Diego State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication, General.
