Kirsten van Goor

Kirsten van Goor is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR advisory, project leadership, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Sr. HR Adviseur en Projectleider at Frion, Kirsten leads initiatives to facilitate the transition of individuals into healthcare roles and coaches teams towards effective and autonomous operations. Previously, Kirsten held the position of HR Business Partner at Shell, where responsibilities included employee relations, HR policy development, and project leadership in social innovations and collective labor agreements. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Politie Nederland, where Kirsten directed HR teams, implemented HR structures, and advised on HR matters across various projects.
