John Zenk

John Zenk, CEC, CCA, is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Culinary Services Manager at Ohio Valley Food Systems/Frisch's Kitchen and Commissary since June 2023, and previously held the same position at Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. since August 2019. With extensive expertise as a Corporate Executive Chef for Skyline Chili from 2015 to 2019, and experience as a Customer Development Manager at Tyson Foods, John has demonstrated a strong background in culinary leadership. Earlier career highlights include a role as Regional Executive Chef for Procter and Gamble with Compass Group, where innovative wellness programs were developed, and as Executive Chef for Citibank with ARAMARK. John began the culinary journey as Sous Chef at Memphis Country Club and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts from the Midwest Culinary Institute, alongside further culinary education from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
