Ashley Rath

Ashley Rath is an experienced Youth Services Librarian currently working at Frisco Public Library since February 2020. Prior to this role, Ashley served as a Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist at Hoegger Communications and a Community Development Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters Wichita Falls with AmeriCorps VISTA. Additional experience includes positions such as VISTA Summer Reading Associate at Arlington Public Library and Children's Activities Hostess at The Walt Disney Company. Ashley's foundational work in libraries began as a Library Shelver at John and Judy Gay Library and includes varied roles in community service and customer engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Library and Information Science and a Graduate Academic Certificate in Youth Services from the University of North Texas, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Texas A&M University.
