Jaylin Heisser

Jaylin Heisser is an experienced professional in sports management and retail operations. Currently serving as the Ticket Operations Coordinator for the Frisco RoughRiders since March 2023, Jaylin previously gained valuable experience as a Seasonal Ticket Operations Assistant. Jaylin has been the Operations Manager at Play It Again Sports McKinney since December 2012, where responsibilities include managing cash register operations, customer service, inventory management, and merchandise organization. An intern at Lubbock Christian University in Spring 2022 and a retail cashier for Nike in early 2020, Jaylin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Texas Tech University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Collin College.
