Mike Uchrin

Mike Uchrin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Monogram Health, a company focused on transforming healthcare delivery for patients with kidney disease through in-home evidence-based care. As an Entrepreneur In Residence at Frist Cressey Ventures, Mike collaborates with entrepreneurs to enhance healthcare solutions. Previously, Mike held multiple leadership roles at Health Choice, including President and CEO, where strategic oversight was provided for various Medicaid plans and managed care operations. Under Mike's leadership, Health Choice evolved into an integrated accountable care network, greatly expanding its provider reach and patient management. Mike holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences from the University of Arizona.
