Zeena Johar

Zeena Johar currently serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Frist Cressey Ventures since January 2025. Prior to this role, Zeena co-founded Imagine Pediatrics in January 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Growth Officer for a pediatrician-led medical group focused on providing in-home and virtual support for critically ill children. Zeena was also a Principal at Rubicon Founders from May 2021 to January 2023, contributing to a healthcare investment firm dedicated to transformative companies. Additionally, Zeena held dual senior vice president positions in strategic growth and business operations at Advantia Health from September 2017 to April 2021 and was a Global Innovation Fellow at the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy from July 2016 to July 2017, overseeing policy research and partnerships. Educational accomplishments include a Yale World Fellow designation from Yale University and completion of the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
