Ralf Bliem

Ralf Bliem is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in information technology management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at FRISTO SE since June 2020, Bliem previously worked with SAP as a Certified Application Associate in Business Process Integration with SAP S/4HANA. As CIO at Rexel Germany GmbH & Co. KG from March 2017 to April 2020, key achievements included the development of a Digital Go To Market Roadmap and the implementation of customer-facing Track & Trace and CRM systems. Bliem also held senior IT roles at Toys "R" Us GmbH from 2001 to 2017, where significant contributions included designing inventory processes and expanding the brand into new markets. Early career roles included positions at Euronet Software AG and SAE Systemtechnik, highlighting a strong foundation in software development and system management. Bliem holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, specializing in communication technology and biomedical engineering.
