Tom Fristoe

Tom Fristoe is a seasoned strategy consultant with extensive experience in the technology and sports management sectors. Currently serving as a Strategy Consultant at Fristoe since January 2021, Fristoe previously held the position of Vice President of New Markets at SportsEngine from 2016 to 2020, following the acquisition of TeamUnify. As the Founder and CEO of TeamUnify from 2006 to 2016, Fristoe led the company to significant growth, serving nearly 5,000 customers and achieving recognition on the INC 500 list as the 506th fastest growing privately held company in 2013. Early career experience includes founding SellPoints, a SaaS technology company, where Fristoe raised $27 million in funding, and a progressive career in various tech companies from 1986 to 2000, culminating in sales leadership. Fristoe holds an Associate's degree from Santa Rosa Junior College and has academic roots from California State University, Long Beach, and Edina Senior High School.
