Ankita Singh

Ankita Singh has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ankita is currently the Vice President - People & Culture at V360 Group, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they were the AVP - HR at the same company starting from 2021.

Before joining V360 Group, Ankita served as the Head of HR at CS Direkt Events and Exhibitions Private Limited from 2018 to 2021.

From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Hindustan Times as a Senior Manager.

Ankita's previous experience includes a role as an HR Manager at Blackberry from 2008 to 2011, where they were responsible for manpower planning, devising organizational structure, and creating HR policies.

Ankita also worked as a Consultant at Kelly Services India Pvt. Ltd in New Delhi from 2006 to 2008, where they handled various HR activities for over 600 employees.

Before that, Ankita held the position of Assistant Manager-Resourcing at Ess Nee Management Consultants from 2005 to 2006.

Their early career includes a role as an Asset Desk Officer (HR Business Partner) at ICICI HFC in Nehru Place, New Delhi, from 2004 to 2005.

Ankita Singh pursued their education starting in 1999 at IAMT, Ghaziabad. Ankita obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in HR from there, completing their studies in 2002. Following this, they enrolled in Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad in 2002 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR in 2004.
