Ruchi Kuthiala

Ruchi Kuthiala currently serves as Group VP of People & Culture for APAC at Warner Bros. Discovery, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Ruchi held multiple senior roles at Discovery Inc from November 2016 to June 2022, including Acting Group VP and VP for South Asia, Korea, and Japan. Ruchi's career includes a tenure as VP of HR at CarTrade.com, HR Director for South East Asia at AbbVie, and Senior Manager of Business HR at Abbott Laboratories. Ruchi began professional experience at Bharti Airtel Limited and Punj Lloyd Limited, building a strong foundation in HR operations and management. Academic qualifications include a PGDBM in Human Resources from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and a B.Com Hons in Financial Accounting from Punjabi University.
