Joey Monjure has a long history of work experience. Joey began their career in 2008 as a Seminar Instructor/ Server/ Bartender for Destination Hotels & Resorts. In 2009, they took on the role of Lead Server and Assistant Sommelier at Larkspur Restaurant & Events. In 2012, they were Lead Consultant for Carlson School of Management- Graduate Volunteer Consultants. In 2013, they held positions with Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Personal Insurance Graduate Summer Associate and with Carlson Brand Enterprise as a Marketing Consultant. In 2014, they began working at DISH Network as a Senior Business Operations Manager - Customer Experience Operations, and in 2019, they moved to a Local Startup as Director of Customer Service & Technical Solutions. Most recently, they have been Vice President, Product & CX at Frndly TV since 2020.

Joey Monjure obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Joey'story from California State University, Chico between 2006 and 2008. Joey also obtained an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Modesto Junior College between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, Monjure holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in November 2017.
