Michelle Bowers is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in internal and external communications across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Internal Communication and Digital Support at Fire and Rescue NSW since December 2020, Michelle has previously held roles as Senior Account Manager at Left Field Communications, Internal Communications & Project Manager at ANZUP Cancer Trials Group Limited, and Manager of Corporate Communications at Fire & Rescue NSW. Michelle's expertise includes developing and implementing communication strategies, managing stakeholder engagement, leading media relations, and enhancing internal communications for various audiences, accompanied by strong leadership in team management and project oversight. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications from University College Northampton.
