Richard Asztalos

Richard Asztalos has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Richard started their career as a Boardmember and Head of Communications at Kungliga maskinsektionen from September 2010 to December 2011. Richard then worked as a Retail Service Provider at Best of Brands from August 2010 to December 2012. In 2012, Richard worked as a Master Thesis at WSP Group from February to July. Richard then joined Lumell Associates as a Project Manager from January 2013 to June 2017, where they managed various projects and provided valuable advice to management, coworkers, and clients. Richard then joined Klarna in 2017 and held two roles: Product Manager and Global Process Owner. As a Product Manager, they led multiple product teams, built new teams, and focused on enhancing the customer support experience. As a Global Process Owner, Richard strengthened the B2B customer service offering and worked cross-functionally to improve the support experience. Currently, Richard is working as a Product Manager at Froda since February 2022.

Richard Asztalos obtained a Gymnasium degree in Naturvetenskap from Tullinge Gymnasium in 2006. Richard then pursued higher education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Design and Product-realization from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they continued their education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and completed a Master of Science in Industrial Management between 2010 and 2012.
