Debbie Cray

Debbie Cray joined the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network as vice president, chief data and analytics officer in August 2021.

Debbie previously served as the director of Enterprise Analytics at UW Health where she led the Analytics Center of Excellence and successfully integrated operations and clinical activities. She developed staff into true analysts by expanding analytic support across the health system by establishing a Matrix Analyst program.

Debbie’s executive presence and communication skills, paired with her background in analytics and industrial engineering degree from Northwestern University, make her a welcome addition to our health network.
