Greg Raethke

Greg Raethke is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Occupational Health Services at Froedtert Health since May 2022. Prior to this role, Greg directed Occupational Health Clinics at Aurora Health Care from March 2011 to May 2022, overseeing multiple sites in Waukesha, Milwaukee, and Ozaukee Counties, and held various positions including Operations Project Manager and Supervisor within the organization. Greg began a distinguished career in service to the country with the United States Army from August 1994 to May 1998, achieving the rank of Sergeant in an Artillery Battalion. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Winona State University.
