Kate Nickel

Kate Nickel is a seasoned professional in community engagement and victim services, currently serving as the Senior Community Engagement Coordinator at Froedtert Health since August 2022. Prior roles at FRIENDS, Inc. include Executive Director, where responsibilities encompassed financial, program, and administrative management for services supporting domestic violence and sexual assault victims, and Program Director, overseeing trauma-informed service provisions. Previously, as Operations Manager for over a decade, Kate managed operational and financial activities to ensure efficient and victim-centered support. Kate also served as the Victim Services Program Coordinator, directing shelter programs and providing advocacy services. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women's Studies.
