Lynn McDonnell

Lynn McDonnell is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and quality engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer at Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin since January 2013, Lynn leads quality and performance improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, while also teaching and mentoring teams. Prior roles include Senior Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at Cardiac Science, where responsibilities involved ensuring regulatory compliance and process validation for medical devices. Lynn's earlier experience includes positions at Oshkosh Truck and Monroe Truck Equipment focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes, as well as roles as a Manufacturing Engineer and Industrial Engineering Intern in various organizations. Lynn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
