Ryan Dopirak

Interim President, Froedtert Northeast Medical Group at Froedtert Health

Ryan Dopirak, MD, MS-HQS, CPE, accepted the role of interim president of the Froedtert Northeast Medical Group in October 2022. In this role, he is responsible for leadership of the physicians and advanced practice providers, including recruitment and retention, workplace culture, patient experience, financial performance and redesign of care to ensure quality targets are met or exceeded. Dr. Dopirak has a pro-growth mindset and a direct, transparent communication style. He firmly believes that an ideal culture is the foundation upon which a high performing medical group is built.

Dr. Dopirak earned his Master’s Degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety from the Thomas Jefferson University College of Population Health. He was also awarded the Certified Physician Executive designation from the American Association for Physician Leadership. He has published, lectured and served on national committees in the areas of practice management, physician recruitment, marketing and business development.

Dr. Dopirak is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who completed a fellowship in arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine. He continues to practice as he serves in this leadership role.
