Tina Curtis

Chief Nursing Officer, Ambulatory Services at Froedtert Health

Tina Curtis, DNP, MBA, RN, NEA-BC, is the vice president of Cancer Services for Froedtert Health. Tina is accountable for the operations and strategic planning of Cancer Services. She drives Cancer Services growth for the health system and leads the expansion of the Froedtert & MCW Cancer Network Affiliation program in partnership with physician and clinical leaders and other health systems throughout Wisconsin.

Tina joined Froedtert Hospital in 2005. She previously served as executive director for Cancer Services and over the past 15 years held a variety of leadership positions within Froedtert Health. She started as a staff nurse in the Emergency Department/Trauma Center at Froedtert Hospital and quickly moved to nursing leadership roles. Prior to that she was a nurse at Children’s Wisconsin and began her career as a Forensic Investigator with the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Tina earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Healthcare Systems Leadership, a Master of Science, in Nursing - Healthcare Systems Leadership and a Master of Business Administration degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a bachelor’s in clinical laboratory science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Tina is certified as a Nurse Executive – Advanced and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She currently sits on the board of directors for Kathy’s House, in Wauwatosa.

Tina lives in Greendale, Wis., with her husband Lanny, son Blake, and daughter Brynn.
