Aimee Baldassaro

Aimee Baldassaro is an experienced Chief Experience Officer, currently serving at From You Flowers since June 2021. Previously, Aimee held the title of Chief Experience Officer at Tenth Avenue Commerce from July 2021 to June 2023. Aimee's extensive experience at FTD spanned from October 2002 to June 2021, where Aimee served as Senior Vice President, CX & Chief Transformation Officer, as well as SVP of CX, overseeing various brands including FTD.com and ProFlowers. Aimee began a career in customer service and fulfillment as Vice President at Flowers USA from March 1998 to September 2002. Aimee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Connecticut.
