Courtney Fong

Courtney Fong serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Frome Town Football Club since December 2024. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at CompTIA from 2022 to 2025, where oversight encompassed various operational departments such as Customer Success and IT Infrastructure. Fong was also Chief Legal Officer and Chief Privacy Officer at CompTIA from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, Fong has been a board member for Creating IT Futures Foundation since 2019 and served as Chief Executive Officer of CompTIA Tech Career Academy from 2022 to 2024. An adjunct professor at the Chicago-Kent College of Law from 2013 to 2022, Fong developed a course on Hedge Funds and Regulatory Compliance. Prior legal positions include General Counsel roles at Castle Creek Arbitrage LLC and Achievement Asset Management LLC, along with a tenure as Legal Director at HFR Asset Management, LLC. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, complemented by degrees from Northwestern University and certifications from London Business School.
