Carine Roudil has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Carine started their career at Danone in 1998, where they held various positions such as Assistant Brand Manager and Brand Manager, specializing in specialty products and kids' products. Carine then moved on to L'Oréal in 2004, where they held several marketing roles including Senior Brand Manager, Global Marketing Director, and Marketing Director for various divisions and zones. In 2016, they joined Fromm International as the VP of Marketing and later became the Chief Marketing Officer.
Carine Roudil pursued their education at various institutions. In 1993, they attended Lycée St-Jean de Passy, where they completed a program of study. Following that, they enrolled at NEOMA Business School from 1994 to 1997, focusing on Marketing. Carine then joined the University of Ottawa in 1997 for an MBA program, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
