Deborah Ramos is an experienced design professional with a strong background in restaurant and hospitality design. Currently serving as Senior Design Manager at The Melting Pot Restaurants since February 2011, Deborah oversees the Construction & Design Department for both international and domestic locations. In addition, as the Owner and Principal Designer at Redux, Deborah specializes in Food & Beverage concept and design. Previous roles include Interior Designer & Job Captain at Bessolo Design Group, Inc. and Adjunct Professor at the International Academy of Design and Technology-Tampa. Deborah's career began as an Assistant Designer at Walker Design Associates, alongside early experience as a Sales Support Representative at Kneedler-Fauchere. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University, fashion illustration studies at Parsons School of Design, and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from UC Santa Barbara.
