Troy Hill, MOL, is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in sales and strategic growth across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Front Door Marketing since January 2022, Troy focuses on new sales initiatives, customer branding, and mentoring sales representatives. Previous roles include Director of US, International and Radiation Therapy Sales at Bionix®, where collaboration with healthcare professionals aimed to enhance patient care, and Director of Sales at The Image Group, managing sales teams across multiple regions. Troy also held leadership positions at ProMedica, overseeing physician services and strategic execution for a large healthcare organization, and as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at The Pharmacy Counter, leading significant business growth. Troy began a career with the State of Ohio as a Park Ranger, developing foundational skills in law enforcement and visitor service.
