Kelly Zeller

Kelly Zeller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client and field operations management, currently serving as Client Operations Manager and previously as Field Operations Manager at Front Gate Tickets since March 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at Apple from September 2009 to October 2021, where responsibilities spanned troubleshooting and repairing products, providing technical support, facilitating training, and planning people operations. Additionally, Kelly contributed to the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival's credentials team in 2021 and co-created a podcast from 2020 to 2021. With a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Full Sail University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Wharton County Junior College, Kelly combines technical expertise with a passion for music and customer service.
