Front Office Sports x Meta: Metaverse Essentials in Sport at Front Office Sports

Allison Meehan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2018 as a Field Hockey Coach for the PATRIOT FIELD HOCKEY CLUB INC. In 2019, they became a Campus Captain for The Hidden Opponent, an athlete advocacy group dedicated to ending the stigma of mental health in athletes. From 2020, Allison worked as a Spin Instructor for Mad Dogg Athletics®, providing high-quality education for athletes. In 2021, they held multiple roles, including being a Consultant for Beautycounter, a Hostess at Six String Brewing Company, and a Promoter for Liquid I.V. under the new NCAA NIL rules. Additionally, they participated in the Richard A. Baddour Carolina Leadership Academy, where they joined the Carolina INCUBATE program. In 2022, Allison served as the Vice President of the North Carolina chapter of Voice in Sport™, a community that connects and inspires girls and women in sports, as well as a Private Skills Coach for Alli Meehan Field Hockey. Allison also worked as an Honor Court Counsel for UNC Student Affairs/ Student Conduct, where they reviewed allegations of student misconduct based on the UNC Honor Code.

Allison Meehan began their education at King Philip Regional High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2015 to 2019. Following this, they attended Northeastern University from 2019 to 2020 as an undergraduate student, focusing on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Currently, they are pursuing their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government as an undergraduate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2024.
