Chloe Tomlinson has a diverse work experience. Chloe currently holds the role of Community Division Director at Front Porch Forum, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Chloe was a Facilitator & Strategist at UNICEF from 2020-2021. From 2019-2020, they worked as National Advance Staff for Bernie Sanders For President. Chloe also held a Social Innovation Fellow role at StartingBloc from 2017-2018. Before that, they were a Refugee Food Security and Nutrition Coordinator at HIAS Pennsylvania from 2012-2017. Additionally, Chloe was a Program Director, Strategy Director, and Uganda Program Manager at Spark MicroGrants from 2013-2017. Lastly, they were an Intern at Physicians for Human Rights from 2012-2013, working in the Program on Sexual Violence in Conflict Zones.

Chloe Tomlinson obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Peace and Justice Studies from Tufts University between 2008 and 2012. In 2011, they attended the School for International Training for a Post-Conflict Transformation program. In 2016, they earned a Design, Partnership, Management, Innovation Certificate (DPMI) from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. In May 2010, they also obtained a Rape Crisis Counselor certification.
