Nikin Shah

Nikin Shah is a co-founder and general partner at Front Porch Venture Partners, leading healthcare-focused investments and supporting portfolio companies with mentorship and growth strategy. Prior to this, Nikin held various leadership roles at companies such as Medtronic and Polyzen, Inc., where Nikin served as Co-CEO, CFO, COO, and VP of Operations. With a background in strategy, operations, and consulting, Nikin brings a wealth of experience in scaling businesses, driving growth, and creating value. Nikin holds an MBA in Health Sector Management and Strategy from Duke University and dual BS degrees in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
