Nikki Ortiz has extensive work experience in payroll and workforce analytics. Nikki currently holds the position of Director of Payroll and Workforce Analytics at Front Porch. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant specializing in HRIS, payroll, benefits, and HR. Before that, they served as the Director of Employee Services at U.S. HealthWorks, where they managed a team and oversaw payroll processing and benefits management for over 4,000 employees. Nikki also held the role of Payroll Manager and HR Professional at JMS Building Solutions, where they managed a team of payroll specialists and ensured compliance with various regulations.
