Osiris Arbsland is an IHART Case Manager at Front St. Inc., where they provide outreach and engagement to enroll participants in Healing the Streets program. With previous experience as a Press Printed & UV/Lam production Supervisor at Bay Photo, Osiris also holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on PTSD counseling from California State University, Monterey Bay.
