Siyu Zhang

Siyu ZHANG is a Scientist at Frontage Laboratories, Inc since May 2022, with a robust academic and research background in food science. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Georgia from August 2017 to May 2022, and a Graduate Research Assistant at Monell Chemical Senses Center from February 2016 to August 2017. Early research involvement included a role as a Research Assistant at Henan University of Technology from December 2014 to June 2015, focusing on the extraction and analysis of corn bran oil. Siyu ZHANG holds a PhD in Food Science from The University of Georgia, a Master of Science from Drexel University, and a Bachelor's degree from Henan University of Technology.
