Pernilla Karvia

Pernilla Karvia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pernilla is currently the CEO and Owner of Frontage since 2017. In 2020, they also became a Co-Founder of PLEXUS. In 2018, they worked as a Business Partner at Nordic Expansion Group. Additionally, they served as the Styrelseordförande at Vaksamt AB from 2022 to 2023. Prior to these roles, they were the Owner, Founder, and CEO of PK Company AB from 2010 to 2018. Pernilla also served as the Center Manager at Jones Lang Lasalle from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they worked as the Marketing Manager at AtriumLjungberg, PUB from 2005 to 2008 and at AtriumLjungberg, Farsta Centrum from 1999 to 2005. Pernilla Karvia started their career as a Regional Manager at Small Shops Sverige AB in 1998.

Pernilla Karvia completed a course on "Ägarstyrning och ägardirektiv i Ägarledda bolag" at Styrelseakademien in 2022. Pernilla also completed a course on "Ökat Fokus, Ordförande" at the same institution in 2022. In 2021, Pernilla Karvia completed a course on "Styrelseledamot Företagsförväv" at Styrelseakademien. Pernilla became a certified board member after completing the "Certifierad Styrelseledamot" program at Styrelseakademien in 2019. Pernilla Karvia studied PR at Berghs School of Communication in 2006-2007. In 2003-2004, they completed a program on Strategic Brand Manager at IHM Business School. Their education journey started at IHM Business School, where they studied Marketing from 1995 to 1997.
