George Guastello

George Guastello has over 20 years of experience in various senior leadership roles. George is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Frontdoor, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Consultant at George Guastello Consulting.

George has also worked at H&R Block, where they held multiple Vice President positions, including Marketing Strategy, Product Management and Client Experience, Corporate Strategy & M&A, and Finance. During their tenure at H&R Block, they led teams responsible for FP&A, real estate, tax professional labor management, performance improvement, and strategic pricing. Additionally, they were involved in annual 5-year strategy development, business unit performance measurement, and all M&A activities.

Prior to their time at H&R Block, George worked at Birch Telecom as the Vice President and Director of Finance.
