Jennifer McDonald, MBA has over 16 years of experience in various roles related to real estate and facilities management. Currently, they are the Director of Real Estate and Facilities at Frontdoor, Inc. where they oversee a portfolio of real estate properties, acquisitions, and decommissioning projects across multiple locations. Jennifer also leads technical and call center teams in delivering exceptional customer service and manages buildout and renovation projects. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at ServiceMaster as a Supply Management Senior Facility Category Manager, where they were responsible for managing all aspects of real estate and facilities management, including budget control and stakeholder/supplier relationships. Before that, they worked at Cartus as a Lead Relocation Counselor, where they were involved in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of relocation policies and advising corporate clients on high-risk properties and relocation strategies. Jennifer also gained experience as an Affiliate Broker at Crye-Leike Realtors and as an Assistant Property Manager at Makowsky, Ringel, Greenberg.
Jennifer McDonald, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Business Leadership from Christian Brothers University. Jennifer also obtained a Real Estate License from the State of Tennessee. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate from The University of Memphis. Additionally, they are a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) from the World Wide Employee Relocation Council.
