Since 1998, Walter has served as Managing Partner at Frontenac, contributing to the firm's growth and strategic direction. Prior to this role, Walter held various senior positions at Frontenac from 1994 to 1996, including Vice President, Principal, and Managing Director. Walter began a professional career as a Financial Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co. from 1992 to 1994. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
