Frank Tenadu

Frank Tenadu has extensive experience in the hotel industry. Frank is currently the Managing Partner & Vice President of Operations at Avatar Hotel Group since April 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Frontera Hotel Group as the Area Director of Operations and General Manager starting in November 2017 and January 2017 respectively. From April 2016 to December 2016, they served as the Opening General Manager at InterMountain Management. Frank also held the role of General Manager at Remington Hotels from May 2015 to April 2016. In addition, they worked at Frontera Hotel Group as the General Manager and Director of Operations/Director of Sales from March 2015 to August 2015 and December 2012 to March 2015 respectively. Before that, they served as a Front Office Supervisor/Restaurant Supervisor at Hostmark Hospitality Group from February 2011 to May 2012. Frank also held the position of Group Sales Manager at Scalzo Hospitality from April 2009 to February 2011. Prior to that, they worked as the Hotel & Sales Manager at Dells Island Resort & Conference Center AntiquaBay Resort from April 2009 to May 2010. Lastly, they held the role of General Manager at Quality Inn Antiquabay Resort from June 2007 to April 2009.

Frank Tenadu attended the Regional Maritime University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) from PHTA Greater Houston in July 2021, RMEC from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) in March 2020, IHG Concerto from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) in November 2019, Executive Excellence - Relicensing from Marriott International in February 2019, ConnectU Marriott International from Marriott International in June 2018, and Global Revenue Optimization (GRO) certified from Hilton in December 2014. Frank has also obtained certifications including Access Edge Marriott International, CPR from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, GM Leadership Hilton Worldwide, and OneYield 2 Marriott Revenue Management from Marriott International.
