Irvin Alcances

Irvin started his career with Frontera as a Hotel Controller in 2014. He quickly moved to the rank of Area Hotel Controller and was promoted to Corporate Director of Finance in 2017. Today, Irvin is responsible for overseeing financial, cash control, and audit procedures for company-managed assets.

Prior to joining the Frontera Hotel Group, he was responsible for accounting functions at other hotel chains, including IHG, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels. He brings over 15 years of hotel accounting experience in systems used by Hilton, Marriott, and IHG Hotels.
