Dimitrios Anatolitis Msc

Dimitrios Anatolitis MSc has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Recruitment Planning and Operations at Frontex since May 2021, where Dimitrios supports a team of 24 colleagues to meet a staffing goal of 10,000 personnel. Prior to Frontex, Dimitrios held various senior HR roles at Hitachi Vantara, including HR Strategy Lead a.i. and Senior HR Business Partner, where significant contributions were made in leadership development, talent strategy, and operational efficiency across the EMEA region. Additional experience includes working as European HR Business Partner at The Kraft Heinz Company and HR Business Partner at Roche Products, among others, with a proven record of enhancing performance management systems, improving employee engagement, and executing large-scale transitions. Dimitrios holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University and a BSc in Industrial Management from the University of Piraeus.
