Magdalena Kośnik

Magdalena Kośnik's work experience includes their current position as Deputy Executive Director Support Team at Frontex, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Oliver Wyman for over 8 years, serving as a Project & Executive Assistant from April 2020 to March 2022, from August 2015 to April 2020, and as an Administrative Assistant from May 2014 to August 2015. Magdalena also worked at NEINVER as a Leasing Department Assistant from October 2013 to March 2014, at JLL as a Contract to Billing Accountant from May 2013 to October 2013, and at IBM as a Junior Accountant from February 2012 to May 2013. Magdalena started their career with internships at Adelphi (Spain) from September 2011 to December 2011 and Aldesa Polska from November 2010 to April 2011.

Magdalena Kośnik completed their Master's Degree in Sociology, social research, and data analysis from Jagiellonian University, which they attended from 2006 to 2011. In 2010, they received an Erasmus Scholarship and studied at Universitat de Barcelona in the Faculty of economy and business administration for one year. Later, in 2014-2015, they pursued postgraduate studies in Development and Investment Projects at Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami w Warszawie.
