Pawel Ulinski

Pawel Ulinski is an experienced Enterprise Architect currently serving at Frontex since February 2023. Prior to this, Pawel worked at Accenture as an Architecture and IT Strategy Manager from February 2020 to January 2023, and at Volkswagen Financial Services as an Enterprise and IT Architect from May 2018 to February 2020. Pawel has also provided consultancy as a Senior Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy Advisor at P.J. Ulinski, focusing on IT strategy alignment with digital business models. Previous roles include Enterprise Architect at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control and Chief Enterprise Architect at Orange Polska, where Pawel delivered multiple editions of IT strategy and guidelines. Earlier experience includes positions at Amdocs, Netia, and Prokom Software SA. Pawel holds a Master’s degree in Cybernetics and Computer Science from the University of Lodz, obtained in 1995.
