Richard Lemieque Degnan is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand development and customer experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Brand and Customer Experience at FRONTGATE since January 2021, Richard oversees the complete customer journey and all digital platforms while re-envisioning the brand's identity on a national scale. Previously, Richard co-founded Metalmark Partners, leading client communications and brand strategy for startups and national brands. Richard held various roles, including Vice President Creative at FRONTGATE, Retail Marketing Consultant for Bed Bath & Beyond, interim Vice President of Marketing and Retail at Vosges Haut Chocolat, and Vice President of Brand Marketing at The Body Shop, where strategic marketing initiatives drove significant growth. Richard's early career includes a tenure as SVP Creative Development at Williams Sonoma. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Francisco State University and completion of an Executive Education Program in Social Media and Digital Marketing at New York University.
