Brian Daskam, PMP

Brian Daskam, PMP, has extensive experience in program and project management. Brian is currently working as a Program Manager V at Frontgrade Technologies since 2023. Previously, they held the same position at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions from 2021 to 2023.

Prior to that, Brian worked as the Manager of Program Management at L3Harris Technologies from 2019 to 2021, where they achieved significant bookings and managed programs worth over $30M. Brian also served as the Director of Programs at Espey Mfg. & Electronics Corp. in 2018.

Their career includes positions at L-3 Communications as the Director of Program Management from 2015 to 2018, Cobham as the Director of Program Management from 2013 to 2015, and Exelis as a Program Manager from 2011 to 2013. Brian worked as a Program Manager at Parker-Hannifin Electronic Systems Division from 2009 to 2011, and held the role of GPSIII L-Band Filters Program Manager at Aeroflex, Inc. in 2009.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale programs, achieving program performance goals, overseeing budgets, and collaborating with major clients such as Raytheon and Lockheed Martin.

Brian Daskam, PMP completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architectural Technology at New York Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1989. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Jazz Composition & Music Performance from Five Towns College from 1983 to 1985. In 2013, Brian obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
