Jose Romero

Jose Romero has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jose started their career in 1997 as a Project Manager at Ericsson, where they industrialized new products and managed existing products from conception to end of life.

In 2000, they transitioned to Motorola Mobility, where they worked as a Program Manager. In this role, they established relationships with customers, ensured technical and quality commitments were met, and developed pricing strategies.

Jose then joined GE Capital in 2003 as a Six Sigma Black Belt, leading process improvement efforts and spearheading lean initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings for the division.

In 2004, they worked as a Business Analyst at E.C Ortiz & Co., LLP, providing accounting services for private sector and local government offices.

From 2005 to 2013, Jose served as an Account Sales Representative and National Trainer at Simonton Windows, managing the Home Depot account and handling sales, training, and quality issues.

Between 2013 and 2014, they worked as a Project Manager at JPRO Consulting LLC, delivering project management consulting services and selling consulting services through sales calls and meetings.

From 2014 to 2018, they were a Project Manager at Standard Pump Inc., responsible for launching industrial and sanitary products globally and reducing inventory costs.

Jose's most recent role is as a Program Manager IV at Frontgrade Technologies, starting in 2018. As a Scrum Master, they specialize in RAD hard memory for integrated circuits and manages programs that generate top revenue for the company. Jose also acts as the customer interface for key satellite and defense suppliers.

Jose Romero has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from Saint Louis University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in October 2018.
