Joseph Libby has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 24 years. Joseph started their career in 1997 with the United States Air Force, where they held positions such as Communication Program Manager and Cable Antenna Superintendent. In these roles, they gained experience in communication techniques, program management, and network maintenance.
After leaving the Air Force, Libby joined Hq Afspc as a Program Manager. Here, they demonstrated their skills in technology-based design and installations, project management, resource management, and conflict resolution.
