Ricardo Gonzalez

Ricardo Gonzalez has extensive work experience in the field of microelectronics and space systems. Ricardo is currently serving as the Vice President of Microelectronics at Frontgrade Technologies since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions from February 2022 to December 2022. Before their roles in microelectronics, Ricardo worked at BAE Systems, Inc. for a significant portion of their career. Ricardo held various positions, including Senior Director of Space Systems from February 2017 to February 2022, Director of Space Products & Processing from December 2015 to February 2017, Program Director of Space Computers from July 2013 to December 2015, Engineering Director of Space Systems from January 2008 to June 2013, and DSP Engineer from January 1997 to December 2008. Ricardo'swork at BAE Systems involved leading and developing space subsystems and components using advanced digital, IR, optical, RF, and ground processing & analytics technologies.

Ricardo Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Ricardo further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field from The Catholic University of America.
