Steve Miller has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and industries. Steve founded HarmonyWorks, a company that offers workshops and coaching to help business owners create a positive workplace culture. Prior to that, they served as the Middle School Director at Crossway Community Church. In 2009, Steve and their wife started Frontida Assisted Living, where they held the position of Vice President and successfully grew the company to 10 properties. Earlier in their career, Steve worked as a Professional Speaker for Dream Driven, specializing in real estate investing. Steve consistently received high ratings for their engaging and authentic speaking style.

Steve Miller obtained a Bachelor's degree in Church Ministries from Maranatha Baptist University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Hiland High School, receiving a High School Diploma in General studies from 1989 to 1992. In terms of additional certifications, in April 2019, Steve became a Certified Partner in The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. Additionally, in April 1999, they became an Authorized Partner in Everything DISC, also from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
