Laura T Rush

Laura T. Rush serves as the Director of Inflight Services/Operations at Frontier Airlines, a position held since July 2014, where significant contributions have been made in operational strategy and human resources, overseeing a staff of over 3,300 across eight crew bases. With a career at Frontier Airlines that began in 2000, Laura has held various leadership roles, including Manager of Crew Planning, where HR functions were optimized, and has facilitated numerous successful initiatives that advanced the organization. Prior experience includes roles in life enrichment coordination, supervision in adult day health, university instruction, and coaching women's soccer. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from Whitworth University.
